Olola Olabode Ogunlana is the Doyen of Insurance in Nigeria. He was in full-time employment in the Insurance Industry for 50 years from 1952 to 2002. He served during this period variously as an Underwriter, Broker, Tutor, and Risk Management Consultant.
He started his insurance career at Royal Exchange and then went on to Great Nigeria Insurance and then on to the National Insurance Corporation of Nigeria (NICON). Among other things he was the first Nigerian Managing Director of the NICON and was an Underwriting Member of Lloyds of London for ten years. He incorporated Standard Chartered Insurance Brokers (now Scib Nigeria & Co. Ltd.) in 1978 and retired as the Chairman/CEO of Scib in 2002. He is currently the Chairman of Scib Nigeria and Co Ltd. He was a founding member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria of which he was a President.
Olola, was educated at Methodist Boys’ High School, Lagos, Nigeria, Marylebone College of Commerce, London (now part of Westminster University), and The Chartered Insurance Institute of London where he had the privilege of being one of the first three full-time students under Prof. W. A. Dinsdale many years before the establishment of the College of Insurance. He subsequently obtained his MBA at Henley Management College. He obtained his Master of Business Administration from Brunel University. Post-retirement he spent three years at The University of Buckingham, where he obtained a B.A. Hons and M.A. English Literature.
A man of many parts. He was a foundation member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and later served that body as President. He has since 1942 been a member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement which he served in various capacities.
Among other things, he was Chief Commissioner, Boy Scouts of Nigeria, Chairman Africa Scout Committee, Member of the World Scout Committee, and Vice Chairman of that body. He has since been on the Board of the World Scout Foundation for many years until the present time. He has served as a Trustee and Member of the Board of the University of Ibadan Endowment Fund since 1973 and he is currently chairman of that body.

Mr. Foluso Olufemi Ogunlana is the Managing Director /CEO of Business & Management Skills Limited.
He is a graduate of the Blackburn University Carlinville, Illinois, USA from where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. He started his career with Scib Nigeria & Company Ltd in 1986 as an Insurance Officer and joined Business & Management Skills Limited in 1987. He was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company in 2005. Apart from his formal training, he has attended several courses and seminars including the Executive Management Programme Johannesburg, RSA (2002), Advanced Management Programme from the Lagos Business School, Nigeria (1990), and Accounting for NonAccountants (1989).

Ms. Bosede Kikelomo Ogunlana obtained a first degree in English, B.A (Hans) English from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Nigeria (formerly Ogun State University). After that, she obtained an LLB (Hons) Law degree from the University of Buckingham, Buckinghamshire in 1992 and subsequently an LLM degree from the University of Southampton in the U.K. (Masters of Maritime Law).
She was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1995, as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria (BL). She is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK), and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
Her working career started at Scib Nigeria & Co. Ltd (a foremost Insurance Broking Firm in Nigeria) and later moved to Fredrich Holdings Ltd as Executive Director and Company Secretary. She is currently the Principal Partner of Bosede Ogunlana & Associates and BOA Professional Services (Legal practice, Corporate and Consultancy Services). A Partner in Lakewood Chambers. A Member of the Nigerian Bar Association. Her areas of expertise are Company Secretarial Practice, Maritime Insurance, Property Law, Maritime, Commercial Law, General Legal Practice, and Consultancy.
